ARMA-GEL PLUS Hydrogel Dressing

ARMA-GEL+® is a universal hydrogel wound dressing for the treatment of burns, traumatic injuries, cuts, and purulent wounds. Produced by UKRTECHMED INNOVATION LLC, which has supplied hydrogel dressings to the Ukrainian market for more than eight years, the dressing closes wounds and protects them against contamination, infection, and harmful external influences.

Therapeutic properties

The dressing combines several mechanisms in a single product:

• Cooling and analgesic
• Anti-inflammatory and antiseptic
• Absorptive — draws exudate away from the wound
• Wound-healing — supports tissue regeneration

Key advantages

• Reinforced hydrogel structure. Built from a three-dimensional network of cross-linked synthetic biocompatible hydrophilic polymers reinforced by a polypropylene mesh — strong enough to handle, yet conformable to the wound surface.
• Active wound environment. Absorbs heat and exudate while delivering water, oxygen, and medication to the wound bed.
• Comfortable removal. Hydrogel structure allows the dressing to be removed without disrupting the healing wound — a major advantage in burn care.
• Battlefield-proven. In active use by Ukrainian Armed Forces medical units for the treatment of burn casualties.
